Lacrosse Rolls Through Opening Rounds of OHSAA Regionals

Through the first two rounds of the OHSAA Region IV lacrosse playoffs, the St. Xavier Bombers look to be every bit of the number one see beside their name.

Their opening round game welcomed Miamisburg High School to campus in a match up that saw the Bombers win a resounding 31-1 with the entire team getting in on the action. Last night, May 22nd, the Bombers took on Lakota West at RDI Stadium midst a downpour of rain but the offense continued to roll. The Bombers were up 20-2 through the end of three quarters and the game was called due to weather.

The Bombers will sit and wait a week as they take on the winner of Kings and Milford on Wednesday, May 29th at RDI Stadium. Time is to be determined. Tickets for all OHSAA postseason action can be purchased at www.ohsaa.org/tickets.
