COACHES COMMENTS -
"We asked our guys to extend themselves in terms of new events. The response was certainly gratifying. We continued to refine focus and effort. It's always especially satisfying to see barriers broken as was done several times in the 50 and 100 Frees," analyzed coach Zach Vogelpohl.
"I am really enjoying being a part of St. X Swimming and Diving. We are all learning together and the adjustments these individuals are making in their training is manifesting itself in meets," reflected coach Ben Dawson.
"I was very pleased to see the attention to detail especially in race preparation throughout the meet. It is a challenge to quickly assimilate all that goes into a quality swim, but we made significant strides," noted coach Luke DiGiacomo.
