Hockey Advances to 3rd Round of OHSAA Tournament

For the first time in seven years, Bomber Hockey has advanced to the 3rd round of the OHSAA tournament.

Bomber Hockey took down Gahanna Lincoln on Sunday afternoon 4-2 as they advance to the Regional Quarterfinals of the Columbus Regional in the OHSAA State Hockey Tournament.

The Bomber offensive attack was led by Brian O'Connor's two goal outing. Christopher Heekin and Finn Hayes each added a goal as well. Joey Rusnak put in a solid effort at goal, stopping 16 of 18 shots.

The Bombers advance to take on St. Charles on Saturday, February 24th at 8:15 pm at the OhioHealth Ice Haus. They'll look to avenge a 6-3 loss to the Cardinals back on December 23rd.
