Bomber Wrestling Takes Down DII Favorite on the Road

After an opening season loss to Edgewood, Coach Brandon Dean had his team on a quick turnaround as they traveled to Columbus to take on Bishop Watterson Saturday night.

The Bombers left with a 33-32 upset victory over a Watterson group who intends on competing heavily at the OHSAA Division II level.

The win was an impressive one for a Bomber program who continues to trend upward under second year head coach, Brandon Dean. The Bombers welcome a nice mix of returning varsity wrestlers with exciting newcomers as they look to push the program forward.

The Bombers' next test will come the weekend of December 17th and 18th when they travel to Middletown High School for the annual Southwest Ohio Wrestling Coaches Association meet.
