The Bowling Bombers traveled to Stones Lanes to take on the Walnut Eagles for the last head-to-head match of the season. The Bombers would be celebrating 2 seniors, Joseph Geers and Brogan James. The Eagles beat the Bombers the last time they rolled each other, November 2024. The Bombers were winless at Stones Lanes having also rolled Kettering-Fairmont at Stones Lanes in February of 2024.
The Bombers jumped to a large lead in game one thanks to games of 237 by Joseph Geers, 226 from Mason Carota, and a 197 from Bradley Giuffre. Luke Stigall and Brogan James added games of 185 and 182 for the Bombers. Going to game two, St Xavier led 1027 to 708.
The Bombers changed line-ups and continued to build their lead over the Eagles. Joseph Geers rolled a 226 for a 463 series with fellow senior Brogan James throwing a 217 for a 399 series. Jack Kaiser put up a 213 with Nolan Namaky and Ian McConnell rolling games of 153 and 126 for the Bombers. Going to bakers, the Bombers led 1962 to1411.
In bakers, the Bombers rolled games of 224, 194, 193, and 197 for an 808. The Bombers win 2770 to 1895.
The Bombers move to 7 and 8 on the season.

Upcoming Schedule:
The Bombers end the season wat Wayne Webb's in Columbus for the Tiger End of Season tournament on the 14th. The Bombers then begin the post-season on Tuesday, the 17th at Rollhouse Fairfield.
Around the GCL:
The La Salle Lancers lost to Northwest High School 2840 to 2736.
Elder lost to the Fairfield Indians 2678 to 2650.
Elder locked up the GCL title at 12-0. The Lancers and Bombers end up tied for second at 6-6 and the Moeller Crusaders finish the GCL league at 0-12
