The Bombers hosted GCL-Rival Elder for the last home match of the 2024/2025 season at Rollhouse Lanes. The Bombers came into the match trying to snap a 2 game slide on the season.
In game one, the Bombers opened with a 59 pin lead. Senior Joseph Geers rolled a 246 and Freshman Luke Stigall put up a 203 for the Bombers. Jack Kaiser and Brady Johnson added on a 188 and 179. The Bombers lead the Panthers 964 to 905.
In game two, the Bombers struggled in transition. Joseph Geers ended his 446 with a solid 200 game. Brady Johnson improved to a 181 for a 360 series and Luke Stigall ended with a 356 series with a 153 game in game two. The Bombers would fall game two 900 to 827 to trail by 14 pins going to bakers.
In bakers, the Panthers found their line to shoot a 912 while the Bombers broke 180 one time for a 4 game series of 661. The Bombers fall 2717 to 2452. The Bombers move to 3-10 on the season and 3 and 6 in the GCL while Elder moves to 11-2 and 8 and 1.
