The Bombers had two games this week, going 1-1 in the two affairs.
On Friday night, the Bombers hung around for the first half and trailed 14-12 heading into halftime. The Crusaders took control in the second half and never looked back. St. X lost 54-29.
On Saturday, the Bombers took an early lead and never looked back winning by a final of 47-25. The timely outside shooting helped extend and maintain the lead as they finished 8-11 from the 3-point line as a team. Junior

Andrew Weber with 11.
Freshman and JV continued to take care of business, both beating CHCA on Tuesday and then finishing with two big wins each against Moeller and Sycamore.
The Bombers look to finish their regular season strong when they host Elder on Friday night.
St. X also enters the state tournament as the No. 5 seed in the region and will play the winner of LaSalle and Lakota East on February 28 at Fairfield.
