Pair of Bomber Rowers Compete in US Rowing Nationals

Elliot Robinson '23 and Nathaniel Schmid '24 represented St. Xavier at the USRowing Youth National Championships held in Sarasota, Florida, June 8-11.

The pair were rowing for the Cincinnati Junior Rowing Club (CJRC) as they competed against teams from all over the country. Elliot rowed in the Varsity 4+ boat and Nathaniel was in the U17 4+ boat. The U17 squad finished with a siler medal, equating to the second fastest boat in the USA for their age level.

Nathaniel (above, far left) and Elliot (above, far right) were the only Bombers on the CJRC but are seen pictured with their teammates who attend schools in the Greater Cincinnati area.
