Crew of Bombers Compete and Win Rowing Event in Columbus

On Saturday, October 8, Cincinnati Junior Rowing Club (CJRC) competed in the Hoover Fall Classic in Columbus, Ohio. The Varsity Men's Jr 8+ won gold (out of 9 teams) and won silver and bronze when competing in the Men's Jr 4+ event. Six of the eight competitors on the CJRC are Bomber student-athletes, with the other two hailing from Summit Country Day.

CJRC also had two boats that placed 3rd and 7th in the 2nd Varsity Men's Jr 8+ and placed 1st and 4th in the 2nd Varsity Men's Jr. 4+ event, also with many St. X rowers. Rowers also compete in novice races as well.
