2023 St. Xavier Cross Country Invitational

The St. Xavier cross country team is excited to host your team for the 2023 St. Xavier Invitational. Our goal is to create an exciting atmosphere for all runners and fans. Registering Your Team 

You may register your team through Milesplit. Register your team at the following link. The deadline for entering your runners is Wednesday, September 20 at 10 AM. If you have questions, please email ghgtiming@gmail.com. 

Time Schedule 

Due to the number of entries in particular races, some races have been combined / eliminated. Please look over the revised time schedule below. 

  9:40 Boys Open run all/ score 5  plaques to top 6 

10:20 Girls Varsity Team run all/ score 5 plaques to top 6 

11:00 Boys Varsity Team run 10/ score 5 plaques to top 6  

11:40 Girls Junior High run all/ score 5 plaques to top 6 

12:20 Boys Junior High run all/ score 5  plaques to top 6 

Team Camps 

Teams may set up camp inside the track stadium, the grass areas inside RDI Stadium, or the grass areas by the tennis courts connected to RDI Stadium. Please do not camp inside the course or on the baseball field near the start line. 

Packet Pickup 

Meet information and packet pickup will be located at the mail concession stand at the entrance to  RDI Stadium.  

Awards 

Trophies will be awarded to the top three teams in all team races and the two high school open races in addition to the individual awards noted above. Once the race results are official, runners and teams may pick up their awards at the packet pickup area at the north concession stand.  

Entry Fees 

$160 for high school girls  

$160 for high school boys  

$125 for junior high boys  

$125 for junior high girls     

$10 per individual for any team with 5 or fewer participants 

Tickets 

All spectators will need to purchase a ticket for entry to the meet. Tickets may be purchased in advance using the following link. Tickets may also be purchased at the gate. Tickets at the gate will require a credit card for purchase. All tickets are $5.00. 

Concessions 

St. Xavier will have a full concession stand throughout the morning and afternoon. All concessions require a credit card for purchase. Coaches will receive a ticket for complimentary concessions (one sandwich and a drink) at the packet pickup area. 

Transportation 

St. Xavier will have several activities occurring on campus during the day. Please carpool if possible to reduce the amount of traffic on campus and the need for parking spots.  

If a team is arriving by bus, please use the team drop off area. Please use the school driveway located off of Viewplace. Buses should drop off runners and proceed to the south campus by the baseball stadium when waiting for pick up. 

 

Directions  

From the North:  

Take I75 south to Paddock Rd., exit 9. 

Turn right off the exit ramp onto Paddock Rd. 

Almost immediately move into the far left lane to turn left onto North Bend Rd. 

Stay on North Bend for about a mile and a half. 

The school is at the top of a large hill on the right. 

From the South: 

Take I75 north to Paddock Rd., exit 9. 

Turn left off the exit ramp onto Paddock Rd. 

 After the 75 overpass move into the far left lane to turn left onto North Bend Rd. 

Stay on North Bend for about a mile and a half.
