On Tuesday, January 26th, the Bowling Bombers traveled to Crossgate Lanes for their first match up of the season against the Moeller Crusaders. The Bombers entered the match with only a half game lead over the Elder Panthers for second. Moeller entered 0-6 in the GCL and 2-8 on the season.
In game one, four Bombers shot north of 200. Junior

Christopher Obert shot a 166. The Crusaders struggled in game one shooting an 825 team series.
In game two,
Zackary Beard led the Bombers with a season high 248 for a 492 a season high 492 series.
Jared Littelmann shot a 228 for a 506 series.
Jalen Morrow finished his 411 series with a 194 and
Christopher Obert shot a 188.
Owen Sena finished the day with a 169 for a 371 series. The Bombers' lead was pushed to 2134 over 1770.
In bakers, the Bombers pushed to break the 3000 mark but were unable to as the lanes broke down shooting a 790 baker series with games of 210, 169, 198, and 213. The Crusaders posted a 697 in bakers. The Bombers win 2924 to 2467 over the Moeller crusaders and move to 4-3 in the GCL and 9-4 on the season.
