ST. XAVIER BOMBERS ATHLETICS

Hailey Olson has been deeply involved in swimming for over twenty years as a quality athlete and coach. She joined the St. X staff in 2024.

Olson swam for Turpin High where she was a State qualifier in multiple events, including IM. She was a Y National qualifier with M.E. Lyons Anderson Barracudas as well. Hailey went on to compete at NCAA Division III power Denison, specializing in breaststroke and IM.

While at Denison, she began coaching and earning her BA in Psychology, graduating in 2017. Coach Olson has quickly distinguished herself on the deck and currently serves as Associate Head Coach with the Cincinnati Marlins. Her ability to work effectively with a variety of age groups prepares her well to contribute significantly with the Long Blue Lane.

She enjoys reading, writing, and playing with her three cats during her time away from the pool.
