In a double dual meet on Thursday, January 22 at Keating Natatorium, the home team swam away with wins over the Panthers and Lancers.  Elder defeated LaSalle.

The AquaBombers were led by 3 time gold medalist senior captain Chase Grisi (200 Medley Relay, 100 Back, 400 Free Relay).  Grisi's 100 Back time of 51.45 is now 24^th all time in the record book.  Fellow captain Alex Nixon [SR] went 3 for 3 (200 Medley Relay, 100 Free, 400 Free Relay).   Sophomore Felix Doepke claimed triple wins (200 IM, 100 Fly, 200 Free Relay). Two of his swims were BLT's (Best Lifetimes).
Notching multiple wins were:

• Tucker Charles [JR] (200 Free, 200 Free Relay)
• Sam DeMarco [SR] (200 Medley, 50 Free)

The final individual winner was Aidan Smith [SR] who dropped 17 seconds in his 500 Free victory.

"We had the opportunity to race and learn.  We did both.  Special congratulations to Chase "Bob" Grisi on his 100 Back," offered head coach Jim Brower.
"Home meets at Keating are special.  We appreciate the opportunity to compete with Elder and LaSalle.  Some solid performances as the season moves forward," reflected assistant head coach Tom Keefe.
"Coming on the heals of the Classic, we continue to put forth the consistent efforts.  Coach Keefe owes me a meal as one of my predictions came to fruition," concluded coach Dave Albert.
