Soccer Gets Another Win On The Road 
 

The Bombers made a trip to Sycamore High School last night, and the Varsity team came home with another victory! The final score was 4-1 Bombers. 

In the 12th minute, senior Adam Schwab had a beautiful assist to senior Bennett Tekavec who then passed to junior Rowdy Scheer for the tap in giving St. Xavier the 1st goal of the night. The rally continued when an own goal occurred with another assist from Bennett Tekavec. 

Flashing forward to the 27th minute, Adam Schwab connected with teammate David Jackson for his second goal of the season. 

In the 48th minute, Bennett Tekavec further added to the tally with another shot and goal bringing the Bombers lead to 4-0.

Sycamore had one goal in the 2nd half to make the final score 4-1. Senior goalkeeper Luke Smith had 7 saves throughout the last night's game. 

The Varsity team now sits at a 3-1-1 record going into their first GCL conference matchup of the season next week. They play at Moeller High School at 7:00 next Wednesday, September 4th. To purchase tickets, click the link below!
